Advance Care Planning - Assists people living with dementia and their partners in making decisions for future care including financial and personal health care plans

First Link Learning Series - Offers people and families living with dementia a progressive educational series 4-8 hours in length that focuses on learning about dementia and strategies to manage care

Living with Confidence- 6-week support group for people newly diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease or a related dementia

Caring With Confidence - Support groups for family caregivers * groups held in Listowel, Milverton, Mitchell, St Marys and Stratford during morning, afternoon and evening

Respite Groups - Support and activity group for people in the early-middle stages of Alzheimer's disease or a related dementia that are offered concurrently with a Caregiver group in Stratford and Listowel

Eligibility - Population(s) Served: People concerned about memory and/or a diagnosis of Alzheimer's disease or related dementia
People with Alzheimer’s disease and other dementias, and their caregivers
