Foot Care - Foot care by nurses in the London and St Thomas area only

Therapy Services - Physiotherapy, occupational therapy and speech therapy (speech language pathology) for children and adults * assessments for Assistive Devices Program, mobility aids, wheelchairs and scooters * acupuncture provided as appropriate * stroke rehabilitation

Application: Call for appointment or referral through the South West Local Health Integration Network - Home and Community Care - London, Seaforth, Strathroy, Stratford or Woodstock offices for those who meet eligibility criteria
