Program: Cornerstone Clubhouse

Description of Services: Adult day program for adults living with an acquired brain injury (ABI) which offers a place for Members to belong, the opportunity for meaningful work and the opportunity to develop meaningful relationships

Clubhouse offers social, recreational, wellness, skill building, exercise groups, and therapeutic activities for Members while providing support to family caregivers * responsibility for the operation of Cornerstone lies with the Members and Staff (Facilitators) and central to this responsibility is the engagement of Members and Facilitators in all aspects of Clubhouse operation * Members complete the work of Cornerstone by working side by side with other Members and Facilitators * Counseling services for clients or family members are available
Requirements
Fees: People with government funding attend at no cost * day program: $80/day (1-4 hours) or $150/day (4-8 hours) * lunch: $3
