Some units designated as supportive housing and fully funded * nonprofit housing, which includes dining services for all tenants with twenty-four hour PSW support and supervision services available to those eligible for supportive housing * housing applicants must be over the age of 65 years or adults with physical disabilities

Group exercise and falls prevention classes for seniors in the community also offered * contact Spruce Lodge for more information or to register
