Description of Services: Overnight relief for caregivers of older adults with responsive behaviours due to cognitive impairments, dementia, neurological disorders, and other health issues * substitute accommodations in which trained staff help with the activities of daily living

Program accommodates clients from Fri 9:30am to Sun 2:30pm

Programs in Hanover and Owen Sound serve Grey and Bruce Counties * contact Family and Client Care Coordinator in Local Service Area office for additional information
Requirements
Fees: $100 per weekend includes snacks and meals * transportation $5 one way or $10 round-trip
Eligibility - Population(s) Served: Older adults with responsive behaviours and their caregivers * Local Health Integration Network care coordinators assess the needs of applicants
