AUA 1-2
Self-Management/ Chronic Disease Prevention and Health Promotion

An older adult who scores 1 or 2 on the AUA is self-reliant with daily tasks, reports no unstable health conditions, but may report poor self-rated health status. This individual may not require geriatric services, but monitoring by primary care, in addition to some of the following services, may be beneficial.

Consider connecting patients with an AUA score of 1 or 2 to a free  Self-Management Support Programs and SMART Exercise and Falls Prevention class.
